How do I connect my Microsoft Intune tenant?+
Click Start free and sign in with Microsoft. CybrOak requests read-only access to your managed devices via the Microsoft Graph API. After admin consent, your fleet syncs in under a minute — no agent to install.
What permissions does CybrOak need?+
Read-only device and compliance data from Intune. CybrOak never reads file contents, browsing history, or end-user personal data, and writes nothing to your tenant unless you explicitly trigger a remediation.
Do I need Microsoft 365 E5?+
No. CybrOak works on base Intune in Microsoft 365 E3 and Business Premium — the core signals (encryption, antivirus, firewall, OS version, compliance state) don't require E5 or Defender P2.
How do I generate a compliance evidence pack?+
Open the Compliance page and click Evidence Pack (PDF). Paid plans get a clean, white-label, independently verifiable pack; the free tier produces a watermarked sample.
What makes an evidence pack 'verifiable'?+
Each paid pack carries a unique Evidence ID and a SHA-256 fingerprint. Anyone — including an auditor — can confirm it's authentic and unaltered at cybroak.com/verify/<id>, with no account.
Can I try it without connecting real devices?+
Yes. After signing in, click Load demo data on the dashboard to populate a sample fleet and explore findings, compliance mapping, and evidence packs immediately.
How does billing work?+
Start free (up to 25 devices, no card). Paid plans bill monthly with a 14-day trial and can be cancelled anytime from the Billing page.
Is my data secure?+
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, scoped per tenant, and Microsoft refresh tokens are stored encrypted. See our Privacy Policy for details.
